Corporate Law

Corporate law has many different aspects, but the primary focus is the planning, formation, organization, and operation of business entities and the relationships between them. Business entities recognized under South Dakota law include partnerships, limited liability partnerships, limited partnerships, limited liability companies, and corporations. Other aspects of corporate law include the purchase and sale of a business, together with the admission or exit of owners of the business.
