Terry was born in Huron, South Dakota on May 25, 1953, and was admitted to the South Dakota Bar in 1978. He received his B.A. degree from Augustana College in 1975, and enrolled in the University of South Dakota where he graduated with a M.B.A. and his law degree, with honors, in 1978. Read Full Bio
