Paul V. Goldammer Full Bio

Paul was born in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, on May 1, 1979, and was admitted to the South Dakota Bar in 2005, the Minnesota Bar in 2007, and the U.S. District Court, District of South Dakota, in 2009.

He received his B.A. in Business Management from the University of St. Thomas where he graduated cum laude in 2002; and he received his J.D. from the University of South Dakota in 2005.

Paul interned with the United States Attorney’s Office, District of South Dakota, and with Murphy, Goldammer & Prendergast while attending law school at the University of South Dakota. In 2007, he entered private practice with the law firm of Leonard, Street and Deinard in Minneapolis, where he focused on construction litigation, before returning to Sioux Falls to join the law firm of Murphy, Goldammer & Prendergast.

He is a member of the Sioux Falls Estate Planning Council, the Second Circuit Bar Association, the State Bar of South Dakota, and the Minnesota State Bar Association, and his practice areas include construction litigation, business and commercial litigation, and estate planning.

Paul is married to Meghan Gaspar of Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
