Matthew was born in Sioux Falls, South Dakota on September 3, 1972, and was admitted to the South Dakota Bar in 1997. He received his B.A. degree from Sioux Falls College in 1994, and enrolled in law school at the University of South Dakota, where he graduated with his law degree in 1997. During law school he began work on his M.B.A. at Sioux Falls College, now known as the University of Sioux Falls, and received his M.B.A. in 2002.  Read Full Bio
